Therapy that supports you to find yourself again
Life can exact a heavy emotional toll on us. Juggling the pressures of work, relationships and the feelings and pain from past experiences. If you need a space to work through your challenges, gain some clarity and reconnect with yourself, then you are in the right place.
Life can feel overwhelming at times.
You may be carrying burdens that others can’t see—feeling anxious, stuck, exhausted, disconnected, or simply unsure of how to move forward. Whatever has brought you here, know that your experiences and feelings are valid. You don’t have to face them alone and it's ok to ask for help.
Therapy offers a compassionate space to be heard, understood, and supported as you navigate life’s challenges. Even when things feel difficult, meaningful change is possible, and with the right support, healing, growth, and a renewed sense of hope can begin.

Meet Your Therapist
Hi! I’m Paul, a therapist who works with adults who are experiencing emotional challenges and need a safe space to explore that.
I'm here to help you make sense of what is going on and to find a way forward.
I know what it's like to feel stuck, confused, exhausted and unsure of the next step, because I have been there myself. My own experience with therapy showed me how empowering it can be to have a space where you can be heard and supported without pressure or judgement.
Now, as a qualified therapist, I'm here to offer that support to you and others. My approach is warm, empathic, non-judgemental and real. I will support you to make sense of your life and its challenges and to reconnect with the person you are. You do not have to face things alone.
“I feel truly blessed to have met and worked with Paul. As a person-centred counsellor, his non-judgmental approach and genuine care and compassion made me feel valued, listened too, understood, and most important of all safe opening up to Paul.
I discovered a lot of new things about myself during Internal Family Systems therapy which helped me understand myself and certain behaviours and how our past can affect us. Paul’s extensive knowledge of addiction and recovery also helped me immensely. I can finally say I met someone who ‘got me’ ”
