I am based near Milton Keynes but work online only.
As an online therapist I can work with anyone across the UK. My insurance also covers me to work with clients in most countries around the world so please do make contact if you are outside the UK.

Therapy is an investment in you, a safe place to pause, reflect, and begin to feel more like yourself.

Initial 50 Minute Consultation Session - FREE
Therapy Sessions - £60 per 50 minute session.
I can offer concessions for clients who need them and can discuss this at our first consultation session.
Payments made by bank transfer.
I request 24+ hours notice to cancel a session for free.

Questions You May Have

I use zoom for online therapy. You will be provided a link that you can use every week.

Our therapy sessions will be open ended but we will regularly review our work together, every 6 weeks on average.

I require 24 hours notice.

In person-centred therapy, you will be given the space to talk about whatever feels important to you. You will be met with warmth, acceptance and genuine curiosity.

In internal family systems therapy, you learn to understand the different parts of yourself that show up in your thoughts, feelings and behaviours. Rather than seeing these parts as problems, we begin to explore them with curiosity and compassion.
