A space to be heard, understood and supported.
My aim is to support you through the messy, meaningful parts of your life with care, curiosity, and reflection.
I'm Paul, a qualified individual therapist, helping adults navigate overwhelm, stress, anxiety, depression, anything that leaves them feeling stuck, disconnected or challenged. I offer a supportive space where you can explore what's weighing you down and move toward a more balanced and fulfilling life.
My own experience with anxiety, depression, relationship and addiction issues led me to therapy in my 20s. To be listened to and supported without judgement had a profound impact on me and inspired me to become a therapist myself in my 40s.
I know how hard it can be to open up, especially when you are used to doing everything yourself, but it doesn't have to be intimidating and my aim is to give you a very safe space where you feel held and heard.
In Our Sessions
When we work together, my aim is to create a space where you can bring whatever is on your mind without fear of judgement. I offer a warm, steady presence and take the time to really listen, so you can feel heard, understood, and accepted as you are.
Therapy with me is a collaborative process, where there is enough room for your thoughts, feelings, and experiences to unfold at your own pace.
My hope is that you leave sessions feeling validated, trusted, and a little less alone with what you are carrying.
Working Together
I see therapy as a collaborative space where your voice is paramount.
My aim is to offer a warm, supportive relationship where you feel comfortable bringing whatever is on your mind, knowing that it will be met with care, curiosity, and acceptance.
I work from a person-centred perspective, which means our sessions are guided by your needs, experiences, and goals. Rather than fitting you into a particular framework, I focus on understanding you as an individual and creating a space where you can feel understood and valued.
I also integrate Internal Family Systems (IFS), a compassionate way of exploring the different aspects of ourselves that can sometimes feel in conflict. We all have parts that help us cope, protect us, or carry difficult emotions. Together, we can gently get to know these parts, understand their roles, and build a more compassionate relationship with yourself.
My hope is that this process helps you feel more connected, grounded, and able to move forward with greater clarity and self-trust.
My Practice Values.
Therapy is built on trust, and I take that responsibility seriously. These values guide my work:
01. Compassion
Meeting you with warmth, without judgment.
02. Honesty
Creating space for real, open dialogue.
03. Inclusivity
Welcoming people of all backgrounds, identities, and experiences.
04. Presence
Being fully with you, attentive, grounded, and without distraction.
05. Curiosity
Approaching your story with openness, not assumptions.
Starting therapy can feel unfamiliar—but you won’t be doing it alone. I’m here to support you, gently and without pressure.
