If you’re struggling right now, please know that you’re not alone.
Many people experience times when life feels harder than it should, whether that’s because of anxiety, loss, relationship difficulties, low mood, or simply feeling stuck.
Seeking support is not a sign of weakness; it’s a sign that something important needs your attention. Therapy can provide a safe and supportive space to explore what’s happening, understand yourself more deeply, and find new ways of coping and moving forward.
Read on to discover more about this area of support and how therapy may help.
Therapy that meets you where you are.
Individual therapy offers a dedicated, one-on-one space to explore your concerns, gain clarity, and find relief from overwhelming thoughts or emotions.
Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, feeling stuck in repeating patterns of behaviour, or noticing a sense of disconnect in your relationships, we’ll work together to gently uncover what’s beneath the surface and develop practical strategies for lasting change.
This is a calm, steady space to slow down, be heard, and make sense of what’s been weighing on you.
My approach blends Person-Centred and Internal Family Systems in a way that’s tailored to you.
Sessions are collaborative and paced with care, focusing on building self-compassion, restoring balance, and helping you move forward with greater confidence and peace.

“I’m a man in his late 20s. Paul was incredibly helpful to work with about a persistent issue I’d been having around communicating with my partner. He was calm and understanding and helped me work through the situation with an Internal Family Systems approach – this served as a great framework for me. I’d recommend Paul to anyone – I found the sessions over a number of months to be life-altering!”
